I love all manners of pixies, gnomes, fairies and elves! Nisse's, Tomte's, Annalee elves, Mary Cecily Barker flower fairies... I love them all! I have a gnome garden in the yard, I have pixies and gnomes scattered throughout the house throughout the year! Pixies are mischevious, elves are helpers, such as Santa's elves, fairies are spirits, gnomes are guardians of plants... Nisse's are Norwegian, Tomte's are Swedish, so many stories! When Zulily started selling Fiesta luncheon plates with gnomes, I had to have them!
Christmas colors and cute little mushrooms too? Count me in! The colors in the pattern match Fiesta Shamrock and Scarlett, If I had black plates, they would match that too... Hmmm, I don't black plates, maybe I need some!
There are currently two different patterns, I hope they make more! I paired them with Shamrock and Scarlett dinner plates. The glasses, I picked up at our local antique store, they are a frosted white with gold dots and they are in great shape!
At the end of the table is our red truck, it has multiple signs that can be swapped and I fill it with different truck loads depending on the season. At Christmas it is bottle brush trees.
Chilling in front of the truck are two of my newest elves, for some reason they are out of focus, but aren't they adorable?
