Boy it's been a hot minute since I wrote a blog post! I guess life just happened... and back to work in the office. I had to create a table for a new Fiesta pattern that came out as an exclusive from Everything Kitchens, Peace & Love! It was made for me!! Lola photobombed the pic! I ordered two placesettings which came with a dinner plate, a salad plate and cereal bowl.
How cute is this pattern?? VW bus, mushrooms, sunflowers, daisies, it just screamed "BUY ME!!" Other Fiesta colors in the pattern are Peony, Butterscotch and Turquoise. I paired it with Persimmon because I had sunflowers in a Persimmon vase on the table already. In tribute to one of my favorite Grateful Dead songs, I added a little "China Cat" next to the vase...

I set a brunch table for the family. This time of year the farmer's market has zucchini flowers in several of the stalls and we love zucchini flowers. Inspired by an Instagrammer I follow, we made a zucchini blossom frittata! It was beautiful! The veggies could have used a bit more seasoning, but it was still tasty! Ricotta, parmesan, grated zucchini, diced peppers and chives made it colorful and yummy!
I promise to post more frequently, as I love setting Fall tables!
